  Maybe they were having a bad night. I heard great things about this place, however every part of our food except the chicken on a stick tasted like it was mixed with something burnt and dirty like a burnt unwashed potato skin. Very earthy, in other words. The fried rice had the strongest earthy flavor, but even the eggrolls and lemon chicken had this taste. We ate a few bites and tossed the rest. I may swing by for a small order of eggrolls another day to see if they're consistent with the earthy taste, but for now I can't recommend them.

  The best assortment of Chinese food and flavored the way I expect Chinese to taste.. I especially like their "Peppered Steak" . I drive extra miles for the best Chinese food that I have found in South East Louisiana.

  Always consistent. Never a problem. My wife doesn't eat any other Chinese food except theirs. Good quality ingredients not mystery meat
